Description It is an acrylic copolymer binder
based, pearlescent, decorative interior topcoat
that gives a relief fabric effect to the surface by
applying with a trowel.
Features It gives a shiny, pearlescent appearance to the applied surface. It is an environmentally friendly product as it has high vapor
permeability and is water based.
Application Areas It can be applied to all old
painted surfaces, concrete, plaster, black plaster,
betopan and wooden surfaces on which ground
preparation has been made.
Surface Preparation SURFACE PREPARATION: The application surface must be cleaned
of all kinds of dust, dirt and oil. All swollen and old
painted surfaces should be removed from the
surface and UNIVERSAL PRIMER should be
applied to obtain a solid surface. If the surface is
not flat, it should be smoothed with ACRYLIC
PUTTY and a smooth surface should be
obtained. Before applying COATINO to the
surfaces to be applied, the desired color is
colored with DECO FONDO TINTING SYSTEM
and applied in 1 layer.
Application COATINO is applied to the surfaces
to be applied as the first layer smoothly with a
trowel without thinning. After the first layer dries,
the second layer of COATINO is applied to the
surface with a trowel, creating a pattern. When
the surface starts to dry, the surface is polished
by pressing the trowel onto the surface.
Matters to be taken into consideration during
and after application:
– Before use, the paint should be mixed in its
packaging until it becomes homogeneous.
– Application should not be made in environments below + 5 °C and above + 35 °C.
– Application surfaces must be clean and dry.
– Application should be made according to the
‘Application Information’ available on the label
information card.
– Applied surfaces should be protected from
physical impacts for 3 days and from effects
such as rain, snow, frost and extreme heat for 24
hours.
– Clean the brush, roller and all equipment with
water after each application.
