DESCRIPTION
High performance, rapid-setting & full contact, flexible ,cementitious adhesive with extended open time
for large ceramic tile and stone material installations; smoothing compound for interiors and exteriors;
mortar for brick and concrete block walls
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
• Interior & exterior floor bonding of medium and large size of ceramic tiles, granite ceramic , porcelen
ceramic, cotto , cliinker ,marble without the need of backbuttering.
• Bonding on floors over underfloor heating installations.
• Total bonding of large size porcelain tiles on floors subject to heavy traffic, such as offices, shopping
malls,hospitals and schools.
• Overlaying of ceramic tiles and stone material on old floors (ceramic, natural stone, cement, terrazzo), as
long as they are solid and perfectly clean.
• Rapid replacement of tiles, when filling irregularities in the substrate is required simultaneously.
• ▪ Bonding of brick and concrete blocks for building walls rapidly.

PREPARATION AND SUBSTRATES
• The surface to be applied must be cleaned of dust, dirt, formwork oil, and paint that may prevent adhesion.
• Cracked plasters and weak surfaces that cannot support themselves should be scraped off.
• Damaged surfaces and cracks should be repaired
with suitable HG MORTAR F or HG MORTAR T repair mortars.
• Depending on the absorbency of the surface, it should be primed
with TP or TILE PRIMER before application.
• For better adhesion on fair-faced concrete surfaces,
the surface should be primed with BETON CONTACT.
APPLICATION
Preparing the mix
20 kg of SUPER PREMIUM C2FE should be slowly poured into 6-6.5 liters of water and mixed
with a low-speed drill until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
The prepared mortar should be left to mature for 5-10 minutes and then mixed
again for 1-2 minutes before being applied to the surface
Applying the mix
Apply SUPER PREMIUM C2FEto the substrate with a suitable trowel. The selection of the correct trowel depends on
the evenness of the substrate, the size of the tile and the profile of the back.
It is not necessary to wet the tiles before setting. Only when the backs are very dusty is it advisable
GROUTING AND SEALING
Joints between the tiles can be grouted for Wall after 8 hours and for floor 24 hours with the specific
cementitious or epoxy grouts, available in different colours.
Expansion joints must be sealed with the specific sealants.
Consumption
• Approximately 3-4 kg/m2 with a 6 mm notched trowel
• Approximately 2-5 kg/m2 with an 8 mm notched trowel
• Approximately 5-6 kg/m2 with a 10 mm notched trowel
Material requirements depend on the quality of the base surface, tile, and processing method.
Post-Application Maintenance and Recommendations
• Re-mixing the used material or reprocessing already hardened waste material is prohibited!
• ±Always comply with applicable standards and directives.
• Clean tools and mixing containers immediately after use, as the material can only be removed
mechanically once hardened.
• Avoid contact with eyes or skin! In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and consult a
specialist if necessary.
